Welcome to Greeley Central High School Athletic Registration

*Please read  and follow these steps carefully to be fully registered! 

Step 1: A reminder that WCSD 6 and Colorado High School Activities Association guidelines a participant must have a sports physical each year. An exam is good for 365 days. Once you have your physical completed by a doctor, you can turn it in to the office or you can scan it and submit completed Physical Forms online.

Step 2: Fill out and submit the Online Registration Form prior to the start of the season. Please read through these forms carefully and be certain to complete and acknowledge each one where required.

Step 3: AFTER you have completed the registration above, you may pay your Activity Fee online. Please click HERE to pay online or Contact the Activities Office if you are unable to pay online.

If you DID NOT complete Step 2 above, YOU DID NOT register for a sport.

Paying for a sport DOES NOT register your athlete.
